Reservation Policy
~ This policy does not apply to Sturgis Rally Reservations.
~ A 25% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation and will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard when you make the reservation.
~ Deposits are not refundable.
Cancellation Policy
~ This policy does not apply to Sturgis Rally Reservations.
~ Notice of cancellation must be received by Cole Cabins at least 30 days before your reserved arrival date to prevent your credit card being charged the remaining 75% balance of your total reservation cost.
~ Reservations that are cancelled 29 days or less before your reserved arrival date will be charged the full amount due for the reservation. You will be offered all available dates for rebooking up to one year subject to rate differences.
Sturgis Rally Rental Policy
Refund Policy
~ There will be no refunds for early departure or any other reason.
Damage Policy
~ The credit card charged for the reservation will be charged for any damages.
Smoking Policy
~ No smoking inside the cabins!
~ Smoking is allowed outside with the understanding that care is taken to dispose of all trash including butts in the proper place.
~ If there has been smoking in the cabin a $250 charge will be applied to your credit card.
Pet Policy
~ Pets are allowed in the cabins with the understanding that they must be under your control and well mannered at all times. You will be asked to board them in Deadwood if they create a problem.
~ Your charge card will be charged for any pet damage including any mess left in the yard.
Misc. Policy
~ Renters are prohibited from recreational riding of 4-wheelers, snowmobiles, or motorcycles on Cole Cabins property.
~ Cutting across our neighbor's private property is strictly prohibited.
~ Campers or tents are not allowed unless advance arrangements are made.
~ Check in is 3:00 PM and Check out is 11:00 AM.
