Reservations ~ Advance full payment is required to reserve a cabin during the Sturgis Rally. ~ Your Visa or Mastercard will be charged at the time you make the reservation for the total amount of the reservation. ~ Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced during the Rally. Please ask when making your reservation if you need accomadations for more people. ~ There will be no refunds for early departure or any other reason. |
Cancelations ~ Cancelation notice by May 1st is required to prevent full liability for the period you reserved for Sturgis Rally dates. ~ 75% of the amount charged to your credit card will be refunded to that card if you cancel by May 1st. ~ No refunds will be given for Sturgis Rally reservations canceled after May 1st.

Damage Policy
~ The credit card charged for the reservation will be charged for any damages to cabins, furnishings, or property. ~ No Smoking inside the cabins! Smoking is allowed outside with the understanding that care is taken to dispose of all trash including butts in the proper place. If there has been smoking in the cabin a $250 charge will be applied to your credit card. |
